Paul was born in Maine and raised in a pastor's home in Pennsylvania. He
received a B.S. in ministry from Southeastern College of the Assemblies of
God and is currently enrolled in a Master's program at the Assemblies of God
Theological Seminary. He has been in fulltime ministry since 1977 serving as
Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor and Sr. Pastor. Paul was the founding and
planting pastor of Grace from 1992-99. From 1999-2005 he served as the
National Director of Church planting for the Assemblies of God in the U.S.A.
He was honored to return to Grace in late 2005 to serve as the lead pastor of
a multi- staffed, growing church. He also is a member of the Church Planting
Catalyst team that leads the church planting efforts for a network of 315
Assemblies of God churches in MD., VA and parts of WVA. Paul and his
wife Chris have 4 daughters and are the proud grandparents of 3 grandchildren.

Alex was born and raised in England where he went to school and graduated
from the University of Wolverhampton with a BA (Hons) in Politics. He grew
up in a Pastors home and has been involved in ministry all his life. He served
as a youth pastor while in the UK as well as in significant roles in secular
companies. Alex came to the USA in July 2005 to marry Raquel and they
both served on staff at a fast growing church in MO. Alex serves as the
administrative pastor and oversees various ministries at Grace. He enjoys
a stroll around the golf course and loves to watch English Soccer.

Raquel Perez Penduck has had the opportunity to minister in music, both
as a worship leader and as a guest in various venues. Though raised in Latin
America, Raquel comes to us from Missouri where she was the Music Pastor
at a church of over 1,200 members. After almost 4 years in ministry there
Raquel and her husband Alex resigned their current ministries without having
a place or a position lined up, simply knowing that it was what God was asking
them to do. It was after taking that step of faith that the doors opened at Grace.
They joined our family in May of 2007. Raquel's heart, passion, and prayer is
for the music team at Grace and for the congregation to capture and embrace
the value of having a personal and deep relationship with God through worship.

Pastor Andy Lynn was raised in Virginia and moved to Pennsylvania where
he completed a BA in Pastoral Ministry at Valley Forge Christian College in
2006. Andy was raised in a strong Christian family and has been actively
involved in ministry through highschool as well as college. He is passionate
about reaching, discipling and keeping youth for the Lord. Grace's Youth
Church is known as The Edge and they explore together what it means to be
a follower of Christ, as well how much fun it is to be a Christian. Andy has just
recently married the love of his life Santina and is so excited to be part of
the family at Grace.

Rob & Juli have been serving in children's ministry for nearly twenty years.
Rob grew up in Glen Burnie, MD and served in the U.S. Army and as a financial
manager. Juli grew up in Towson, MD and is a graduate of Towson Universtiy
with an Art Education degree, and enjoyed time in the corporate world. Both
were serving in children's ministry when they met in 1988, and were married in
1989. Rob & Juli were called to Grace in 2005, and count it a privilege to have
the opportunity to minister to kids each week. They have two active boys of
their own as well as a house full of pets.
